the GazettE (Before I Decay Edition)

Sooooo, I've decided to create a new edition of the GazettE for next year's Anime Expo! ^^ It will be a black and white ink wash with red watercolor, and on top of that will be an India ink film overlay. :D ...I just hope it turns out half as good as I imagined it... ^^;

I'm still working on Gackt, too! And I will probably paint him in watercolor rather than draw him in marker. :3

YAY! I'M SO EXCITED AND I CAN'T WAIT 'TILL THEY'RE DONE! X3 Nyaaa~

Currently working towards becoming a motion picture visual effects concept designer, Mari Takeyama also specializes in portrait work hand-drawn in traditional art media. Specifically for Anime Expo 2009, she created Project J.R.F.A., a series of Japanese-rock portraits featuring artists that have written music for many anime series.
